Black Strobe’s ‘Shining Bright Star’ is out today on CD/EP, 2×12” vinyl and Download. The single Mixmag called “A vital purchase from the dark lords of electro” was produced by Paul Epworth (Bloc Party) and mixed by Alan Moulder (Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson).
For the uninitiated, ‘Shining Bright Star’ is a mass of dark, gothic, electronic twists and huge basslines, and according to NME provides the missing link between “savage machinery and warm, fragile humanity.”
It’s Cyborgtastic mate!
Black Strobe’s debut artist album is due in the summer.
