Serena-Maneesh have a name changeSerena-Maneesh | 21 April 2006
The band formerly known as Serena Maneesh have given written confirmation that from this moment forth (14.25 GMT, 27th February 2006) their name should be spelt, spoken and displayed as Serena-Maneesh. Previous incarnations saw the name missing a hyphen and therefore suggesting it is a persons name, detracting from the conceptual meaning of joining the two words.
Please amend all out going media and please follow this through to all references in text coming from an affiliated company email address. This will be applied to Meta Data on the advice that it will not effect search engine results with digital retailers. We recognise that this might effect success rates within internet search engines but support the bands decision that the names conceptual standing is more important.
